KeepPet: Revolutionizing Global Pet Care Through Digital Innovation

Project Overview

KeepPet is a pioneering digital platform that creates a global pet passport, accessible within a worldwide veterinarian network. As the Senior Product Designer and Design Lead, I was tasked with optimizing the mobile app to enhance user experience and incorporate new digital features. This case study details my approach, methodologies, and the impact of my work on the KeepPet platform.

Challenge

The primary challenge was to transform the existing KeepPet mobile app into a more user-friendly, feature-rich platform that would seamlessly integrate the concept of a global pet passport. This involved:

• Mapped out the entire user journey, from app onboarding to creating and sharing a pet passport
